The 36-year-old daughter of Sir Paul McCartney reportedly created the UKP300 silver pendant in an apparent dig at her father’s estranged wife, who had her left leg amputated below the knee after being hit by a motorbike in 1993.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “She unveiled it to fashion industry insiders in Paris last month. A lot of people thought it was really edgy while others secretly thought it was out of order.

“It’s such an obvious dig at Heather. It will cause a stir when it goes on sale.”

Heather branded Stella “evil” during an outburst on live TV last week.

She said: “I can’t protect her any longer. She wasn’t interested in her dad’s happiness. Every week she tried to break up my marriage to Paul.

“She’s done some evil, evil things. She scraped my face out of a photo when they were in a psychiatric session together.”

Stella – whose mother Linda was married to Paul for 29 years before her death in 1998 – was believed to be unhappy when her dad married Heather in 2002, and refused to design her wedding dress.

Heather and Paul are currently in the middle of a high profile divorce. Heather is believed to have turned down a UKP50 million divorce settlement.
