The 19-year-old royal and her beau Dave Clark dined at exclusive London restaurant Nobu Berkeley and onlookers say they looked deeply in love.
One observed: “They seemed really happy to be in each other’s company. Both of them had massive grins all night. The relationship definitely seems serious.”
Last month, Beatrice and Dave enjoyed a romantic holiday in the Caribbean island of St. Barths.
The smitten pair were snapped kissing on the beach as Dave pulled his girlfriend into the sea, and she later helped rub sunscreen on his back.
Beatrice is said to be keen to spend as much time with 25-year-old Dave before she starts a History degree at Goldsmith’s college in September.
She was introduced to American Dave, who works for Sir Richard Branson, by her cousin, Prince William, in September 2006.
