However, Simon is proving less popular with former British newspaper editor Piers Morgan – who he judges UK TV talent show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ with – who thinks his fame has gone to his head.
Morgan said: “The contestants think he is the Pope. He thinks he is the Pope. He shakes everyone’s hand, even those who don’t want to shake it.”
Pop superstar Madonna, rapper P. Diddy and ‘Thriller’ singer Michael Jackson also featured in the best possible boss list.
Meanwhile, in Parade magazine’s annual What People Earn issue it was revealed US talk show host Oprah Winfrey had a salary of USD260 million last year, while ‘Hannah Montana’ actress Miley Cyrus raked in ASD18 million.
