The 31-year-old Doomsday actress has landed the lead female role of Sonja in Underworld 3: The Rise of the Lycans.
Rhona revealed at least one member of her family was thrilled that she is set to star in the movie.
The British star said: “I have a four-year-old nephew who is probably going to think I’m the greatest thing ever now. I’m getting to wear armour and have fangs.”
