PETE DOHERTY is to appear in court in January on a heroin possession rap.
It will be his second appearance before the beak inside a month.
Yesterday, 22 December, The Babyshambles singer was done for drink driving and then on his way out of Gloucester Crown Court officers of the law bundled him over the road to the police station.
“The 30-year-old man from Wiltshire arrested in Gloucester yesterday has been charged with possession of heroin,” was the statement from the police.
On the positive side, Doherty will tonight join the rest of the band for a gig at Dirty South in Lewisham.
