GT asked Perez to respond to Lily’s comments he said:

“Hopefully you’ll get your partying in check and get off your lazy ass to promote and tour the record. It would suck if you canceled a bunch of shows, like you did last time, because you were “tired.” Oh, and as far as role models, I’m telling young girls to not be sluts. You keep talking about your drug use repeatedly in interviews, from a very young age in Ibiza ’til just recently. Are YOU a role model? Fuck no! Love ya, Perez”
Lily has hit out at Perez in the February issue of GT, on sale today. Perez wrote to us in response to Lily’s comments which included:
“When he’s happy he’s good and when he’s sad about himself he’s really horrible – about everyone. He’s a woman hater but I think that’s something to do with his own self loathing.
“I find him quite annoying… as a gay man you should be championing young girls that are going out there and doing their own thing and not slamming them for owning their sexuality and calling them sluts.”
“So much of what he does is bullying.”
Lily Allen is the first woman to be on the cover of GT since Princess Diana in 1997.
