She said: “I needed a couple of months of complete disconnect to position myself and get back on track. I hope everyone enjoys this coming year and the films I have to offer (with the exception of ‘Fast and Furious Four’, it’s an action flick, just for fun and a** kicking purposes).”
As well as working on her career, Michelle has had to spend some time doing some community service as part of her sentence.
She wrote on her official blog: “I’m currently paying my debts to society with some highway clean up, as well as working on ‘Fast and Furious Four’ briefly, sharpening up on some proper Spanish for my passion project ‘Tropico de Sangre’, and in June I’ll be taking off to Italy to write my long awaited first feature film project.”
Michelle was released from jail in January after serving just 17 days of her 180-day sentence, due to prison overcrowding.
