The Speed actor – who is rumoured to be dating You’ve Got Mail actress Parker Posey – is ready to settle down, and is definitely planning to have children.
He said: “That doesn’t sound so bad. I wouldn’t mind getting up at two in the morning. Pick up a little one, ‘How’s it going man? Good luck! I’ll help you as much as I can.’ ”
Keanu, 43 – who can soon be seen in new cop drama Speed Kings – also revealed how he maintains his extremely private life and avoids the public spotlight.
He said: “You just have to not have a life – you just stay at home. Just don’t do anything!”
Keanu hasn’t been in a serious relationship since his long-term girlfriend Jennifer Syme was killed in a car accident in April 2001. Her death came after she gave birth to the couple’s stillborn daughter Ava Archer Reeves in December 1999.
