The Die Hard actor is a partner in New York venue Bowery Wine Co., which is set to open its doors in the trendy East Village this weekend.
Owner Chris Sileo said: “It’s upscale and loungy. We’ll have high-end, light fare that will include paninis, salads and desserts.”
Last week, Willis threw his own pre-opening private bash to christen the venue, where guests included his close friends, Sopranos stars Vincent Curatola and John Ventimiglia.
During the evening’s festivities, the 52-year-old star took his place behind the bar and served drinks. Willis is no stranger to launching his own businesses.
In 1991, he co-founded and launched a chain of themed eateries Planet Hollywood, with fellow actors Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone and his then-wife Demi Moore.
The actor – whose marriage to Moore ended in divorce in 2000 – also owns The Mint nightclub and billiards hall, as well as The Liberty Theatre in Hailey, Idaho.
In 2000, he started his own motion picture production company called Cheyenne Enterprises with his business partner Arnold Rifkin.
