Kanye West is selling his Beverly Hills house for USD8.7 million.

The rapper’s estate, located on Beverly Hill’s Crescent Drive, has been described by estate agent Realtor.com as “a rare offering”.
Although the two-storey house boasts 35,000 sq ft of space – including six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a detached garage – experts say the house is a “teardown”.
A source said: “It’s a great location, but the building is pretty dated. It’s really just on the market for the land, so the buyer can tear down the house and build a new one.”
Meanwhile, Kanye’s long-term rival 50 Cent has offered his condolences over the death of his mother Dr. Donda West, who died on 10 November the day after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
50 said: “That’s really an unfortunate situation and I hope he can work his way through it. It’s good to see him actually touring. You can work your way back into a comfortable space where you can deal with those situations.
“Kanye’s relationship with his mom had a lot more depth to it than a lot of people’s. He was really close to his mom.
“I hope that he can work his through his way through it. If you’re active, you’ll find reasons to smile, reasons to be happy.”
The rapper’s mother was laid to rest on Tuesday (20.11.07) after an intimate ceremony at Oklahoma’s True Vine Ministries Church.
