This year bidders can win an exclusive pair of designer heels as actually worn by Samantha during the filming of Sex and the City. Designed by the legendary Patricia Field, the creative force behind the SATC girls’ individual looks, these shoes are signed by Kim Cattrall.

The unique, money can’t buy experiences you can bid for include the chance to meet Franz Ferdinand backstage after watching one of their concerts; tea for two with popular Liberal Democrat MP Dr Vince Cable at the House of Commons; a champagne consultation and fitting of an exclusive item in the boutique of the royal couturier Stewart Parvin, who has designed some of the Queen’s most favoured outfits; be one of a limited number of people to gain access to The Tate Store on a rare behind-the-scenes tour with 9 friends led by an expert Tate curator, and a studio shoot and portrait taken by renowned celebrity photographer Adrian Weinbrecht.

Also on offer to lucky bidders is a framed poster of Oscar-winning film Milk signed by the film’s director Gus Van Sant, star James Franco and writer Dustin Lance Black; a signed copy of Official Olympic Artist Kevin Whitney’s best selling print, Butterfly Acropolis; a signed and framed photographic print by cutting edge photographer Mark Vessey and a fantastic bespoke ring design by a highly skilled goldsmith – perfect for a civil partnership or a unique gift.

Jodie Harsh, celebrity DJ for Stonewall’s Equality Dinner, said ‘There are some fabulous prizes in Stonewall’s Silent Auction, with all money going towards a cause that’s close to my heart. I’m delighted to be supporting Stonewall’s Equality Dinner on the night, but anyone can bid for one of these prizes. If you like it, put a ring on it, with the unique bespoke ring prize. Or the two prizes I’ve got my eye on: the fitting of an outfit fit for a Queen by royal couturier Stewart Parvin or the glorious Patricia Field shoes actually worn by Samantha during the filming of Sex and the City, signed by Kim Cattrall.’

Jodie Harsh will be DJ’ing at the Stonewall Equality Dinner at the Dorchester with Kris Di Angelis. Chris Biggins will be the celebrity auctioneer and Amy Lamé is playing the host for the evening.

Anyone can enter a bid by logging onto www.stonewall.org.uk/silentauction for a full list of prizes and easy way to submit your bid in one click. Alternatively, call Bimla Safka on 020 7593 1875. Deadline for bids is midday on Thursday 2nd April. Winning bids will be announced on Friday 3rd April. Although the silent auction is attached to Stonewall’s annual Equality Dinner, sponsored by UBS, you don’t have to be attending the event to bid. All funds raised from the silent auction will go towards Stonewall’s work, including tackling homophobic bullying in schools.
