The former Bond girl flew into a rage at the Quantum of Solace premiere after-party at London’s Battersea Power Station on Wednesday (29.10.08), and left the reveller so scared he eventually fled.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “The guy looked totally freaked out. He accidentally brushed past Grace and stepped on her fur coat which didn’t go down well.

“He didn’t know where to put himself when she started yelling – Grace can be quite scary. He just kept apologising and then ran as soon as her friends stepped in.”

Grace – who starred as villain May Day in 1985 Bond movie A View to a Kill – eventually calmed down, but promptly caused further mayhem by lighting a cigarette in the VIP area of the party, even though smoking inside bars and restaurants is banned in Britain.

Party organisers attempted to persuade Grace to extinguish her cigarette but she refused.

The source added: “Everyone else forced themselves outside to smoke in the cold. But Grace was having none of it.”

Grace – who is reportedly 60 but refuses to confirm her age – recently admitted she prides herself on being “intimidating and scary”.

The singer added she is not like a “normal” woman, and knows her persona can frighten people.

When asked if she has always been so scary, Grace replied: “Oh, I’m sure I have. I used to drag people up on stage and whip them. You can’t get more intimidating than that. My husband used to shout at my mother, ‘What is wrong with your daughter? I’m married to a man.’ ”
