The two-and-a-half page report – which will be crucial in Britney’s appeal for joint custody with ex-husband Kevin Federline – states the coach couldn’t teach Britney anything because she completely ignored her.

A source said: “Britney paid her coach no attention or respect at all.

She refused to acknowledge her presence.”

The report also claimed Britney, 25, often disappeared during the court appointed visits and wasn’t around her sons or the monitor. The singer reportedly spends much of her time on the phone and changing her outfits.

The ‘Gimme More’ singer is due to appear before Judge Scott M. Gordon on Friday (26.10.07), who will determine whether she can have joint custody of her children.

The source said: “This is report is really damaging to Britney’s case.

The judge will not look favourably upon it. She needs to work hard at being a mother and prove that she actually wants her children back.”

Meanwhile, Britney was left shaken on Monday (22.10.07) when she accidentally hit another photographer with her car.

The singer was leaving Beverly Connection’s car park when she ran into a paparazzo with her Mercedes Benz as they flocked around her to take pictures.

A source said: “She looked really concerned and apologised over and over. She looked like she was going to cry.”

Last week, Britney ran over a photographer’s foot and could face charges.
