The 28-year-old model-turned-actress will play the British spy’s emotional confidante Camille in the tentatively-titled Bond 22.
Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said: “Olga will play the dangerously alluring Camille, who challenges Bond and helps him come to terms with the emotional consequences of his lover Vesper Lynn’s betrayal.”
It was previously reported that St. Trinians star Gemma Arterton would be James Bond’s latest love interest but it now has been confirmed she will play MI6 Agent Fields.
Olga – who starred alongside Timothy Olyphant and Dougray Scott in Hitman last year – will be 007’s main sidekick in the 22nd film adventure about the dashing British spy and lothario.
Daniel will play Bond for the second time, after making his debut in Casino Royale in 2006 opposite French beauty Eva Green as his first love Vesper.
The latest in the spy franchise will be directed by Marc Foster, director of Finding Neverland and Oscar-tipped drama The Kite Runner.
Dame Judi Dench will reprise her role as Bond’s boss M, while French actor Mathieu Amarilic, star of The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, will appear as the new Bond villain.
