Proms favourites culminating in a firework display synchronised to the music.
A spitfire display accompanied by well-known British war themes opens an evening of proms favourites performed by the Orion Orchestra including The 1812 Overture, Land Of Hope & Glory, Rule Britannia and Jerusalem. The evening culminates in a firework display fully synchronised to the music.
28 August UK Queen Concert & 29 August Proms Spectacular. The Proms Spectacular will take place on Saturday 29 August at 7.30pm (Gates Open at 4.30pm) and will commence with a parachute display and a majestic spitfire display accompanied by some well-known British war themes. The orchestra will play all the proms favourites including the 812 Overture, the Hornpipe, Land of Hope & Glory, Rule Britannia and Jerusalem along with a whole host of other fantastic classical pieces.
