Having won the BBC's Sound Of 2012 poll, it was fairly certain that Michael Kiwanuka would gain a firm footing in the public consciousness. Since then, the north London-born singer-songwriter and guitarist has honed his craft and released two critically acclaimed, Mercury Prize-nominated studio albums.
