Three-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee returns with a brand new show about motherhood.
Edinburgh Comedy Awards Nominee Josie Long is touring the UK with her show Be Honourable! The show is about trying to be a saint, strangers, politics, complacency and breakfast. The aim is to provoke people into changing the world. For those who enjoy a good breakfast, but aren't sure about the rest, the breakfast bit is at the start, freeing up the second half for the small matter of life, the universe and everything. Josie remains earnest and full of optimism throughout her ramshackle call-to-arms. Long won her BBC New Comedy Award at the tender age of 17 and, despite this initial surge of success, took time off to live the student life and complete her English degree at Oxford University. Following that she was named Best Newcomer in the Chortle Awards in 2005, and Best Breakthrough the following year when she also scooped Best Newcomer in the If.Comeddie awards for her solo Edinburgh debut Kindness And Exuberance.
