The unique and hugely popular festival of sustainable living is returning to celebrate the joys of a climate-friendly way of life for its eighth successive year. Families, fashionistas, foodies, upcyclers, recyclers and eco warriors are amongst the thousands who flock to the festival in the woodland surroundings of Kirkleatham near Redcar on the north east coast. Every corner of the picturesque village and grounds offers a new experience from alfresco dining, clog dancing, music making, spoon carving and den building to debating, ethical fashion shows, a swap shop, local food producers and wild baking to name but a few.
