9 May: Brazen Thieves (new quartet made up of Rebecca and Laura Woolf - daughters of former ace guitarist Clive -Lucy Gaster and Mark Fraser combine contemporary and classical influences to create new and interesting takes on traditional songs, with a strong emphasis on harmony singing; violin, guitar, concertina and cello accompaniment) The Cellar Upstairs is a weekly folk club, which meets on Saturday nights. We have professional guests every week, supported by resident singers and musicians, and performers from the floor.
