Family event
CarFest, the brainchild of radio presenter Chris Evans, takes place in two locations across two weekends in July and August. CarFest is known as the UK's Biggest Family Festival, with a mission to bring the true spirit of family to live. The weekend is packed to the brim with activities for every member of the family, with this year promising more music, more cars and even more stars in attendance! This year, the festival will celebrate the Seven wonders of CarFest and continue its mission to #GoGreen and achieve its goal of being 100% Carbon Neutral on its primary emissions. Since CarFest was born, its sole purpose has been to raise funds for UK's Children's Charities and has successfully raised over u00a316 million for BBC Children in Need and its other partner charities. All of CarFests profits will go directly to UK Children's Charities and the festival's aim is to raise u00a321 million by 2021 to mark CarFest's 10th anniversary. CarFest North takes place from 24th - 26th July @ Bolesworth in Cheshire CarFest South takes place from 28th - 30th August @ Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire This year the festival will continue to #DoMoreGood and raise funds for UK Children Charities.
