Princes William and Harry took their girlfriends Kate Middleton and Chelsy Davy to a charity boxing match at the weekend.
The royals, who are 25 and 23 respectively, took their beautiful partners to watch friends James Meade and Hugh Crossley participate in charity fights at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel.
Kate, 26, looked stunning in a plunge-neck pink dress, but winced as the fighters took a series of aggressive hits, while Chelsy – who was wearing a ruffled blue dress – cheered on the competitors.
The UKP100,000 raised through the tournament was donated to Starlight, a charity which grants wishes for children who are terminally and seriously ill.
All the four friends looked visibly moved by the story of Bianca Nicolas, a cystic fibrosis sufferer who was recently granted her wish to become a pop star.
An onlooker said: “Kate went up to Bianca afterwards and congratulated her for singing in front of the 800 guests.”
William knows Hugh through his childhood girlfriend Jecca Craig, who is now dating the sportsman, and James, because his father once dated William’s aunt, Princess Anne.
