Plans to open a chain of pie ‘n’ mash shops with Gordon Ramsay after pulling out of Ramsay’s upcoming venture, the Union Street Cafe near Borough Tube station. ‘There will be opportunities in the future to work together,’ a source told The Mirror. Union Street Cafe opens next Monday, 16 September.
