A life-affirming documentary about young Maasai warriors who intend to use sport to affect lasting social change. The warriors want to secure equal rights and education for girls, and to change attitudes to FGM and HIV/Aids. So they form a cricket team and hope to educate the next generation by drawing comparisons between the game and traditional Maasai tribal customs, likening a cricket ball to a spear and the bat to a shield.
