In 2012, a man mysteriously falls from the sky into a small village, landing on top of and destroying a vine. The owner of the vineyard joins forces with the man and a wise-cracking priest to discover if there is a hole in the sky. In the process, they discover a rip in the fabric of time, which leads back to 1937.
