Most of the Smurfs in Smurf Village know their purpose and have names that reflect their chief talent including Hefty, Clumsy and Brainy. However, Smurfette doesn’t know her purpose because she was originally fashioned out of clay by the evil wizard Gargamel in order to wreak havoc on Papa Smurf and his flock.
