Prem is heir to a great fortune but he refuses to settle down, enjoying the benefits of his wealth with as many pretty women as possible. By chance, he meets a beautiful orphan called Sanjana, who is being targeted by her greedy uncles for her inheritance. They intend to set her up with most unsuitable husbands so that they can steal her fortune. Prem falls head over heels in love with Sanjana and resolves to marry her but first he must outwit the three uncles.
