Music journalist Andrew Deeley is at the mercy of agoraphobia, which confines him to his block of flats. When he isn’t on his computer, David cradles his binoculars and spies on people who live nearby, especially a pretty Asian girl, whose humdrum life fascinates Andrew. A friend called Amy visits one day and David encourages her to survey the local area with the binoculars. Her voyeurism settles on a terrifying sight in the Asian girl’s home and Amy flees.
