On September 18, 2012, Lemons dives down to the seabed for a routine operation. A computer error and a severed umbilical cord strand him more than 30 minutes from rescue with just five minutes of oxygen. This documentary uses black box recordings and dramatic reconstructions to relive his fight for survival.
