Two daring bank robberies baffle the police in Chicago. The perpetrators – gymnast Sahir and his equally acrobatic and agile accomplice Aaliya – vanish into thin air, leaving behind a smiling clown face and a message in Hindi. Plucky cop ACP Jai Dixit and his bumbling sidekick Ali Akbar are called in to apprehend the thieves. The officers come to the conclusion that they must compel the elusive criminals to steal again then catch them in the act.
