Sam Faiers has threatened to quit The Only Way is Essex because she has run out of storylines.

The blonde star – who has opened her own shop and dated both Mark Wright and Joey Essex on the show – said: “I don’t want to be there with no new storylines because I’ve already done everything I can do.”
Sam is one of the only cast members from the first series of the ITV2 show – alongside James ‘Arg’ Argent, Lydia Bright and Lauren Goodger – to have made it through to the current line-up.
The 21-year-old star previously hit out at new characters – including Georgina Dorsett, Ricky Rayment and Cara Kilbey – for having “taken over” the show following the split between James and Lydia.
She said: “It was a bit stressful. It was OK, but the break-ups and the tears took over a bit. As did the new characters.
“But I think the new series is going to be a big one for all the original cast – they are the ones everyone wants to see.”
