Noel Gallagher is selling his Ibiza villa for UKP5.5 million.

The Oasis star has reportedly decided get rid of his idyllic Spanish island property – which he bought for UKP2.5 million in 1999 – because he reportedly wants to escape his neighbour, You’re Beautiful singer James Blunt.
A source told The Sun: “Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years, but now wants to find a new holiday destination.
“He is fed up with hearing James Blunt constantly talk about Ibiza like he owns the place. It’s taken the charm out of it for him so he’s put his villa up for sale.
“It’s very close to Blunt’s place and he says he can’t stand the thought of Blunt making rubbish songs up the road!”
Blunt bought his Ibiza home for UKP1.7 million in 2006.
Last year he revealed: “I wanted somewhere my mates could come and join in the fun, which was only short flight away from the UK.
“We have lots of fun. I’ve got my own nightclub in the villa with a neon sign that says Blunty’s Nightclub Where Everybody’s Beautiful. It’s brilliant.”
