Kylie Minogue wants to star in a film musical.

The singer – who shot to fame after landing a role in Australian TV show Neighbours – admits she has not given up on her acting dreams.
Kylie – who made a brief appearance in Moulin Rouge! as the green fairy – said: “A great dream of mine is to be in a film musical. I have always loved this genre and know it would be such a fun challenge. It would incorporate so many different aspects of what I already do.”
Kylie revealed she always wanted to do something that allowed her to explore other career paths, adding: “I think as long as I have performance and creativity I am happy. I also have a love of photography and graphics.”
The 40-year-old actress – who has been single since splitting from French actor Olivier Martinez – also said she still hopes to become a mother in the future.
When asked what else she wanted to achieve in life, she told Hello! magazine: “A family – that’s still something I would love to happen.”
