Cox, David Arquette and Tobey Maguire – made too much noise.
Kate – who was dressed as a 60s flight attendant – was asked to move the party indoors.
Rocknrolla actor Gerard Butler, who dressed as a cowboy for the event, caused a stir with female party guests.
A source said: “All the girls at the party were lining up to talk to Gerard. He left with two very sexy vampires.”
Supermodel Cindy Crawford raised a laugh when she arrived dressed as troubled singer Amy Winehouse, while married couple Courteney Cox and David
Arquette donned witch and warlock outfits.
British comic star Sacha Baron Cohen entertained guests by dressing as a cow, while Gwen Stefani stunned onlookers with her unusual fried egg
costume.
Kate’s mother Goldie Hawn and partner Kurt Russell also enjoyed the party, with Kurt dressing as a sea captain.
Heathers actress Winona Ryder, Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire, couple Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon were among the other guests at the exclusive event.
