The Do It Well singer is so terrified of her newborn fraternal twins coming into contact with germs she has installed dispensers containing a special hand lotion for people to use before they enter the nursery, according to the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper.

Jennifer and husband Marc Anthony are said to be so concerned about microscopic nasties they also request guests put on surgical masks before meeting the tots.

Monster-In-Law star Jennifer isn’t the only Hollywood A-lister to be obsessed with cleanliness around her children. Gwyneth Paltrow suffered from the same fixation after daughter Apple and son Moses were born.

The stunning actress – who is married to Coldplay star Chris Martin – wouldn’t let anyone handle her children when they were babies unless they used a special soap beforehand to rid themselves of dirt.

She also insisted visitors remove their shoes before entering her London home. Jennifer and Marc have also allegedly hired an extra six bodyguards to ensure the twins’ safety, costing them USD600,000 annually.

In addition to the six bodyguards, who will each work an eight-hour shift to protect the tots 24 hours a day, Jennifer and Marc have also installed CCTV (closed-circuit television) cameras in every room in their house.

The twins names have now been officially confirmed as Max for Jennifer’s son and Emme for her daughter.
