GEORGE MICHAEL has used the Grindr iPhone app, by which gay men can locate each other, on his holidays in Australia.

“George has been using the application loads since he has been in Oz as he doesn’t know the local spots,” a source told the Daily Star.
“It’s great for him as he can find out exactly where the nearest people are discreetly without having to ask around in bars where he would be recognised.”
Meanwhile, the former Wham! singer has made use of an older form of technology to make peace with Boy George.
“We have exchanged emails recently and things are pretty good between us,” said Boy George.
The pair had not been on speaking terms due to Michael’s failure to come out of the closet back in the 1980s.
