BLUR have confirmed they are to play at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

“Yeah, we’re doing Glasto this year,” lead singer Damon Albarn told the Daily Mirror. “We were asked last year, but we turned them down.”
Blur are the second big name act to confirm their attendance at June’s extravaganza, following in the footsteps of legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen.
The Boss performs regularly and impressed the world with his storming effort at this year’s Superbowl, but Blur are a bit rusty when it comes to live shows.
“We need a few more warm-up gigs to get back into it, ready for the big one,” said Albarn.
