The 32-year-old actress, who is believed to be expecting twins with partner Brad Pitt, reportedly fainted on an 18-hour flight from Iraq to Los Angeles via London on February 7.

A fellow passenger told Life and Style Weekly magazine: “She started to get swollen ankles and nosebleeds and started having leg cramps then she fainted into her chair.”

The star – who has three adopted children, Maddox, six, Pax, four, and Zahara, three, as well as a 21-month-old daughter Shiloh with Brad – was said to have been given oxygen when she landed before medics gave her the all-clear.

Angelina’s pregnancy has reportedly been plagued with so many complications she and Brad have hired a live-in nurse for their Los Angeles home.

A source said: “Brad is really worried about Angelina’s health. He is a wreck.”

Meanwhile, it has been reported the couple have agreed a USD200 million pre-nuptial agreement ahead of their planned wedding later this year.

A source said: “They know that, if God forbid, things don’t work out, they can make a clean break and go their separate ways with their separate assets.”

The pair, who are said to have also agreed custody arrangements for their children, are said to be planning to tie the knot in New Orleans at the Saint Louis Cathedral.

Angelina was previously married to British actor Jonny Lee Miller and Hollywood star Billy Bob Thornton, while Brad and actress Jennifer Aniston finalised their divorce in 2005.
