The troubled singer was set to perform a medley with the rapper, but problems involving her US visa application have wrecked the proposed partnership.

A source close to Amy said: “She still doesn’t have a visa. We have no idea if they’ll give it to her or not.

If they give it to her on Friday, she’ll be on a plane on Saturday. Anything can happen right now.

“As far as we knew, she wasn’t thinking of doing anything musically. Then all of a sudden she said, ‘I want to go to the Grammys!’ She was going to do a medley with Kanye West, but she hasn’t been able to practice and he’s moved on. What is she going to do now, crash a rehearsal?”

The 24-year-old singer was originally denied a US visa in January, but is hoping the American Embassy will reconsider her application because of her time in rehab.

If the visa is denied again, Amy is reportedly planning to appear via live satellite feed from London.
