AMY WINEHOUSE cried when she arrived at Gatwick airport from St Lucia today.

Apparently the tears were not born out of anguish at leaving the Caribbean island behind, but were a warm emotional response to seeing her beloved old country again.
“She’s really happy to be back and can’t wait to catch up with family and friends,” a Winehouse aide told the Daily Mail.
While the Rehab singer enjoyed her near sixth month stay on St Lucia, some reports suggest others on the island might not have reciprocated.
“She’s been banned from hotels, the bars don’t want her there, and locals see her as a nuisance when she’s drunk,” the mail quotes a source as saying.
“Her friends have all left and gone back home, and her mum and dad couldn’t stay in St Lucia with her as she was acting up too much.”
Winehouse is back in London to record more songs for her new album.
