Hyde Park

Originally a royal hunting ground with limited public access, today Hyde Park is perhaps London’s most famous open space. Covering 350 acres, Hyde Park is one of London’s eight Royal Parks and is now host to millions of visitors from London and beyond each year. In the summer, the park comes alive with a series of open air concerts, while all year round relaxing walks can be had along the banks of The Serpentine, once the course of the River Westbourne, now a wide ribbon of water that threads through the centre of the park.

Opening Times: Open from 5:00 am until midnight all year round.

Nearest Station: Hyde Park Corner (SE of park), Knightsbridge (S of park) Marble Arch (NE of park), Lancaster Gate and Queensway(N of park), Notting Hill Gate (NW of park), High Street Kensington (SW of park)
