Lindsay Lohan is rumoured to have fallen off the wagon again, after she was spotted looking ‘out of it’ at a party.

The Mean Girls star – who recently completed a two-month stay in rehab and has been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings – was seen at a house party in the Hollywood Hills on November 2.
One insider revealed to Life and Style Weekly: ‘She looked out of it.’
Lindsay – whose car was found to contain cocaine when she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) earlier this year – attended another party with her DJ friend Samantha Ronson, who was with her when she was arrested, on November 9.
A fellow party-goer said: ‘She and Samantha kept going to the bathroom together throughout the night.’
The following night (10.11.07), Lindsay attended a party hosted by Paper magazine in Los Angeles where a source said: ‘She didn’t seem to know what was going on. She couldn’t comprehend anything.’
Meanwhile, Lindsay is set to return to New York today (22.11.07) to celebrate Thanksgiving with her family. Her mother Dina said: ‘Lindsay is home. And my son Michael is home from college. We all have so much to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving!’
Lindsay served just 84 minutes of her 24 hour jail sentence for DUI at Los Angeles County’s Lynwood Jail last week (15.11.07).
The 21-year-old actress was sentenced to the mandatory minimum of four days in jail after pleaded no contest to two DUI charges. Prosecutors agreed to reduce this to just two days if she served 10 days of community service.
She had already served one day after the authorities gave her credit for the time she spent in custody following her July arrest.
Lindsay was also placed on three years probation and must complete an 18-month alcohol education programme as part of her plea bargain.
The Freaky Friday star began her community at a Los Angeles American Red Cross blood services facility blood donor centre three days earlier (12.11.07).
