Lawyer Myriam is a mother of two young children, who yearns to return to work. Despite the reservations of her husband Paul, Myriam searches for a babysitter to take care of her little ones and she finds the perfect candidate in Louise. The new arrival quickly earns the children's affections and also wins over Paul. Louise becomes a vital cog in the family's day-to-day routine and Myriam and Paul are increasingly reliant on Louise. Over time, the babysitter displays erratic behaviour.
