Jake and Brian are childhood friends whose paths have diverged somewhat: Jake is a rabbi, who dazzles his congregation with unorthodox comical routines, while Catholic priest Brian continues to woo his flock with his gentle insights into life. They find their friendship severely tested when their old friend Anna visits town for a couple of weeks and both are instantly smitten.
