Struggling actor Lukas contemplates taking his own life by leaping off Waterloo Bridge but thankfully, he pulls himself back from the edge. He seeks refuge in a pub and meets Oliver, who has recently lost his father and is numbing the pain with booze and drugs. Polar opposites at first glance, Lukas and Oliver agree to support each other until 8am the following morning. They ricochet between different bars and a silent disco, learning more about each other as night slowly bleeds into early morning.
