Expert marksman Ali lives in an apartment with his wife and young daughter. Full of rage, the father takes out his frustrations with his rifle. The police arrive to tell Ali that his wife has been killed in the crossfire between cops and insurgents - his child's whereabouts is unknown. The loss tips Ali over the edge and as he learns the truth about his daughter, he takes aim at the police who he blames for the tragedy then goes on the run.
