Documentary about the tiny town of Williston of North Dakota, which welcomes a deluge of unemployed migrants, who hope to take advantage of the oil boom. Few find gainful employment and Williston doesn’t have the infrastructure to support all of the new arrivals so local pastor Jay Reinke converts the Concordia Lutheran Church into a makeshift sanctuary, where the workers can sleep on the floor or in the pews and receive their spiritual counselling.
