When her husband passes away suddenly, propulsion engineer Kyle Pratt and her daughter Julia fly the casket from Berlin back home to America. Midway through the transatlantic flight, Kyle wakes to discover that her daughter has vanished; more worryingly, all of the fellow passengers deny the girl ever boarded the state-of-the-art Airbus. Becoming increasingly frantic with worry, the grieving wife turns to air marshal Gene Carson and the captain of the plane to help her unravel the mystery.
