Czech pilots Frantisek and Karel travel to England to fight Hitler and his armies in the ranks of the Royal Air Force. At first, the two men find the adjustment to British life difficult. However, they soon grow accustomed to life in a foreign country. The future is certain for the two friends: when they return home, communists have taken over their country, and threaten to incarcerate them in camps for the rest of their lives.
