Slightly tipsy after too much booze at a fashion industry event, ambitious model agency booker Kate staggers home at midnight, electing to take the Underground. Boarding the last train, Kate is attacked by lecherous male model Guy, who has been making unwelcome advances all night. She tries to fend him off but he is too strong… until someone, or something, drags him out of the door and under the train. Running for help at the nearest station, Kate finds herself in a nightmarish fight for survival against the terrifying, insatiable Creep.
