Lee, her sister Grace and brother-in-law Adam hire a guide to take them on a boat tour of the mangroves. A relaxing day on the river becomes a nightmare when a crocodile capsizes the boat and makes short work of the guide. Lee, Grace and Adam seek refuge up a tree, but with no one around for miles to hear their desperate cries for help, they must work up the courage to wade into the waist-deep water and retrieve the boat. However, the crocodile lurks close by, patiently waiting for its next victim to dip a toe into the murky water.
